§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, in the light of the decision of the Chief Commissioner of National Insurance in the case of Mrs. Maureen Martin, and in particular in view of the commissioner's questioning whether the previous procedures of the board were in accordance with natural justice, he will now require the board to enable applicants to present oral argument on both fact and law to the board.
