§ 32. Mr. Tebbitasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what representations he has received concerning the need to amend the law concerning the prevention of fatigue in aircrews.
§ Mr. OnslowAircrew fatigue is a matter for the Civil Aviation Authority, to whom I have referred such representations. The authority set up a committee on 16th November 1972 to examine the problem. If the authority concludes that changes are needed in current requirements it will be for it to initiate action and, if necessary, propose changes in the Air Navigation Order.
