§ Mr. Peter ThomasNo. I understand that the Welsh Council has undertaken a study of Mid-Wales and I expect a receive its report shortly. I would also draw the hon. Member's attention to the report prepared in the Economics Department of the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, published in 1972 and entitled, "Mid Wales. An Assessment of the Im-248W pact of the Development Commission Factory Programme".
