§ Mrs. ThatcherMy noble Friend, together with my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for the Home Department, went to Leicester at the invitation of the local authority. They discussed educational and other issues resulting from the arrival in the city of Ugandan Asians, visited schools and other institutions and met some of the people concerned. My noble Friend will he glad to consider similar invitations from other local authorities.
