§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will make a statement giving details of why there has been a decrease of£76,000 in grants in respect of voluntary homes,£20,000 to youth treatment centres,£1,703,000 to the National Milk Scheme,£164,000 to disabled persons, and a total of some£2,345,000 for essential social services.
