§ Mr. Tom BoardmanThe estimate of as much as £900 million that may be spent in Wales under the BSC's development strategy covers: (a) projects already in progress or announced; (b) those mentioned in the White Paper (Cmnd. 5226); (c) a high level of continuing investment for modernisation and replacement. It is impossible to give detailed estimates for each plant.
