Mr. Gorstasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will give an assurance that the deportation order against Mr. George Kyriacou, of Hendon, the Cypriot husband of a British passport holder, will not be implemented until the hon. Member for Hendon, North has completed his investigations into all the circumstances of his constituent's case.
§ Mr. LaneMy right hon. Friend is willing to consider further representations but it would be wrong to suspend action for more than a short time.
