§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications what percentage of people living in Cardiganshire are able to receive: (a) BBC 2 programmes, and (b) 625 line colour television; and what improvements he expects in these percentages by the end of 1975.
§ Sir J. EdenFifty-two per cent. in each case. The BBC tells me that it will rise to 71 per cent. when the Presely main station opens later this year. Thereafter progress will depend on the provision of relay stations, but it is too early to say when these will be built.
