§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to receive the report of the investigation into matters pertaining to the stoppage of a prominent person, of whom details have been supplied, by the police for alleged speeding and the manner in which full details were revealed to the Press before the person concerned had been advised of any action.
