§ Mr. Milneasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications if he will arrange for the members of the Independent Broadcasting Authority to be 187W drawn from a wider section of the community than at present; and if he will seek powers to provide that if political matters have to be dealt with by the IBA, a special panel of the IBA answerable to Parliament should be set up.
