§ 26. Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether, in order to assist small firms, he will review the requirements of the Statistics of Trade Act 1947, with a view to raising the limit on the size of firms obliged to provide data under the Act.
§ Mr. OnslowWe are conscious of the need to assist small firms by reducing the burden of form filling on them, but this does not require an amendment to the Statistics of Trade Act.
