§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what was the cost to public funds of the inquiry by 457W Llewelyn-Davis Weeks, Forestier-Walker and Bor, into the question of taking traffic off the roads and on to the railways; and if he will now publish the report; and what action he proposes to take on its recommendations.
