§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe building of the M4 motorway will continue to be given first priority in the Welsh Office road programme. As to completion dates, the position remains as stated in my reply of 22nd November to the right hon. and learned Gentleman the Member for Aberavon (Mr. John Morris).
