Member for Fife, West (Mr. William Hamilton) on 14th November—[Vol. 864, c.151.]— to the proposals in the White Paper "Widening the Choice: The Next Steps in Housing" and to the exemption of public sector housing from the reductions in public expenditure announced by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 17th December.
