§ Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will allow assistance to be given under the Training Opportunities Scheme to those inshore fishermen wishing to undertake navigation courses leading to the Second Hand (Special) Certificate whom the White Fish Authority has been unable to assist out of its funds allocated for this purpose in the current financial year.
