§ Mr. Michael HeseltineMy right hon. Friend is appointing Miss Jennifer Tanburn to be a part-time member of the board, with effect from 1st January 1974. Miss Tanburn's appointment will bring the number of board members up to 15, the maximum number allowed under the Civil Aviation Act 1971.
