§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give (a) the most recent figures of the numbers of recipients of supplementary benefits whose benefit is reduced because of the earnings of a dependent child, and (b) how many have had this benefit reduced by under 50p, 50p to 99p, £1 to £1.99, £2 to £2.99, £3 to £3.99, £4 to £4.99 and £5 or over.
