§ Mr. Tom BoardmanResearch and development into the uses of coal tar and its derivatives is in the hands of the British Steel Corporation, National Coal Board, and Coal Tar Research Association, all of which, I am satisfied, are seeking to exploit any opportunities presented by the present oil situation.
