Mr. Greville Tannerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, having regard to the decision of Mr. Commissioner Nelligan in the appeal of Derek Powdrill of 82 Helena Crescent, Leicester, he will now give instructions to the Attendance Allowance Board to disregard the arithmetical calculation in respect of patients receiving kidney dialysis treatment when considering their applications for attendance allowances.
