§ Mr. Tom BoardmanThe action taken by the Government in collaboration with the oil industry should ensure that adequate supplies of petrol are currently available to meet the essential needs of all car users, whether business or private. I would, however, expect that all driving schools will play their part in conserving fuel during the present difficult period.
