§ 28. Mr. Woodhouseasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if she will introduce legislation to impose an obligation on local education authorities to establish parent-teacher associations in all primary and secondary schools within their jurisdiction.
§ Mrs. ThatcherI favour the strengthening of links between schools and parents but I do not think that legislation is advisable.
