§ Mr. Topeasked the Minister of State for Defence if he will review the flights made by low-flying military aircraft over designated national parks, areas of outstanding natural beauty and heritage coasts; and if he will take steps to control the noise disturbance thus caused.
§ Mr. KershawLow-level training by military aircraft is conducted in such a way as to cause the minimum disturbance to the general public. I regard it as essential to restrict such flying to the more sparsely populated regions and I can only regret that these inevitably contain national parks and other areas of natural beauty.
