§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will hold a public inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the abduction of Bernard and Gerard Taggart from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Training School, Belfast, by the IRA at lunchtime on 12th November 1973, and the subsequent death of one of the boys from gunshot wounds.
