§ Mr. Tom BoardmanNo. The local planning authorities will no doubt have due regard to the need for new garages in their areas when considering applications for planning permission. Fuel supplies to any new garages which might come into operation will be based on a reduced estimate of the annual consumption under normal operating conditions.
