§ The Attorney-GeneralLegislation is not the answer to this problem. Cases and circumstances vary too greatly. It is for the court when making an order of this kind to give such direction and make such arrangements as may be best designed to minimise in each case the risks and reduce the distress which are sometimes caused in matters affecting the custody and care of children and access to them.
