§ Mr. GodberThe cost of NAAS in its last year, 1970–71, was £7.3 million and the estimated cost of ADAS for the financial year 1973–74 is £17.4 million. These figures, of course, are not comparable because ADAS includes a range of other professional and technical services which were not part of the NAAS.
