§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkThe training needs of West Wales are under active review. The area is benefiting from the expansion of vocational training under the Training Opportunities Scheme. Training facilities are available at the Government training centres at Port Talbot and Llanelli, as well as at colleges of further education and technical colleges where arrangements are being made for additional courses to commence as soon as possible.
