§ THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT (LORD SANDFORD)Proposals for the future use of this building are at present being considered. When this has been resolved the whole fabric will need general rehabilitation including the replacement of the metal globe.
