§ Mr. ChatawayThe issues involved in the creation of a genuine Community regional policy have been discussed on a number of occasions over recent months at both ministerial and official2W level. Substantive discussions on the boundaries of regions to benefit from the proposed Regional Development Fund cannot however begin until the Commission's report on Community regional problems has been published and progress made in working out the details of the fund's operations.
