§ Lord BalnielI understand that in 1964 Mr. Niesewand became a citizen of Southern Rhodesia by registration under Rhodesian legislation, the Citizenship of Southern Rhodesia and British Nationality Act 1963. He is therefore a British subject under Section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1948 by virtue of his citizenship of Southern Rhodesia.
