§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will take steps to ensure the official destruction of fingerprints and palm prints of persons arrested under Section 9 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Bill if a person is either not prosecuted for an offence or is discharged under the procedures of the Detention of Terrorists Order.
