§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if, when he is preparing a scheme for proportional representation in the Assembly elections in Northern Ireland, he will arrange for the names of the parties to appear beside the names of the candidates on the ballot paper, so as to avoid confusion, having regard to the size of the constituencies and the potential number of candidates.
