§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the number of men aged between 55 and 60, and 60 and 65, who are registered for employment but do not draw either supplementary benefit or unemployment benefit.
§ Mr. DeanOn 1st May 1972, the latest date for which detailed figures are available, there were about 10,000 such men between the ages of 55 and 59 and about 40,000 between 60 and 64.
