§ Mr. Staintonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many planning permissions, embracing what number of private dwellings, existed in East Suffolk, West Suffolk and Ipswich County Borough, respectively, as of 9th April 1973 where there was apparently failure to complete development in terms of the four and three years' criteria laid down in the White Paper, "Widening the Choice: The Next Steps in Housing".
