§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many accidents and collisions in the past three years have occurred at the junction of Cottingham Road, Clough Road and Beverley Road, Hull, B1233 and A1079; what report he has received from the divisional road engineer for improvements in the traffic light system at the junction; and when it is intended that the improvements will be implemented.
