§ Mr. AlisonThe closure of Warwick Road was not a matter in which my right hon. Friend had any discretion as the whole site is to be redeveloped. The new centre, which will be closely associated with appropriate hospital facilities, will provide a better service for patients. The Artificial Limb and Appliance Centre staff will help and advise patients for whom the move presents problems.
