§ Mr. Simeonsasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what is the last date for applications for building grant under Section 3 of the Local Employment Act 1972 where a contract was entered into before 22nd March 1972.
§ Mr. ChatawayI have decided that grant shall not be made in respect of buildings to which paragraph 3(3)(c) of Schedule 2 to the Industry Act 1972 applies, unless the application is received by my Department before 1st October 1973.
