§ Mr. Topeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he now expects to be able to announce his decision on the recommendation in the Layfield Report that the southern and western sections of Ringway 3 should not be built.
§ Mr. RipponAs I explained in my statement of 19th February 1973 on the report of the Panel of Inquiry into the Greater London Development Plan, further study is necessary on how the need for orbital movements in these sections should be met.
