§ Mr. Juddasked the Minister of State for Defence whether he will make a statement on the policy of Her Majesty's Government towards the training of Libyan Service personnel by the British Services in Great Britain following the recent reports of Libyan involvement in the supply of arms to the Irish Republic Army.
