§ Mr. Simeonsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will consider issuing a leaflet to be enclosed with each new vehicle road fund licence indicating the injection of alcohol into the bloodstream which might be expected from the consumption of standard measures of alcoholic beverage such as the tot, nip, measure, pint, etc.
§ Mr. PeytonI have considered this but have decided that such a leaflet might well be misleading.
