§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make a statement on the incident off the coast of South-East Iceland involving the British tug "Englishman" and the trawlers "Ross 142W health and safety and therefore no money has been spent directly on this subject. Some of our other work, such as training at Government training centres and the provision of job safety courses, include an important safety element, but I am afraid these cannot be separately costed.
