§ Mr. Ian GilmourFINABEL is a multilateral organisation in which Army Chiefs of Staff of France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and United Kingdom meet to discuss possibilities for harmonising tactics, logistics, 135W training and equipment requirements. General Sir Michael Carver attended the meeting in Bonn on 29th March as the British member of this organisation for the first time. Military nuclear help to France was not discussed.
