§ 42. Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many local authorities are still not discharging their duties under Section 1 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.
§ Sir K. JosephI will as soon as possible make a further statement about progress made by local authorities in implementing the section, but I am not yet ready to do so.
