§ Lord BalnielThe issue of industrial Civil Service pay has been referred to arbitration by the two sides of the Joint Co-ordinating Committee for Government Industrial Establishments. The arbitration tribunal, under the chairmanship of Professor G. Thomason, had its hearing yesterday.
