§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe communication consisted of a copy of the Written Answer which I gave to the hon. Gentleman on 2nd August, together with a letter I sent to him on 7th August, returned to me from the hon. Member with manuscript comments written on them. Since it was not clear that he had kept copies, I thought it only courteous that the originals should be sent back to him. I have, of course, recorded the comments he made.
