§ Mr. KershawHer Majesty's Government played a leading part in promoting the establishment earlier this year of the Office of the United Nations Disaster Relief Co-ordinator. The Office is financed by the United Nations Regular Budget to which the United Kingdom is a major contributor. The Co-ordinator will be making proposals for the further development of the United Nations disaster relief effort.
