§ Mr. EyreUnder Section 111 of the Housing Act, 1957, local authorities have complete freedom to decide their own policies in this particular field and do not follow any standard practice. In such cases, however, it is usual for them to give careful consideration to the particular circumstances of the relatives concerned.
