§ Mr. EmeryThe statement made by my right hon. Friend to the House on 8th August made it clear that the proposed new nuclear design and construction company should be capable of playing its part in international, and especially European, 187W collaboration in the development and exploitation of nuclear reactors, to which the Government attach much importance.
