CarrAppropriate arrangements will continue to be made, and I am in consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis to see whether any lessons should be learned from the incident which occurred during Her Majesty's recent visit to Stirling University. Having studied the reports of this incident, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and I are satisfied that, deplorable as was the behaviour of a minority of students during the visit, Her Majesty was not in danger.
