Yes. As my right hon. Friend said in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Bolton, West (Mr. Redmond) on 6th July, the Government's incentives to stimulate the industrial regeneration of the regions are complemented by improvements in training facilities and the employment services.—[Vol. 840, c. 744–6.]
